Learn about the Intellectual Disability Mental Health Connect website

There is a new website called Intellectual Disability Mental Health Connect

The link for the website is idmhconnect.health.

The website is about mental health for people with intellectual disability.

It tells people how they can get mental health support.

There will be some free online sessions to let people know

• how to use the website

• what information is on the website

These sessions are for

• people with intellectual disability

• carers, family and support workers

These sessions will be

• 1 hour long

• in a group

• online via Zoom meetings

• free

One session will be on

Date - Monday 15 May 2023

Time - 12:30-1:30 pm (Sydney time)

This session is for people who

• do not use websites much

• want to know the basics of how to use the website.

Another session will be on
 

Date - Thursday 18 May 2023

Time - 12:30-1:30 pm (Sydney time)

This session is for people who

• use websites often

• know the basics of using a website
